Easy and delicious blueberry smoothie bowl made with our hemp protein powder. Hemp is a complete source of protein that is packed with enzymes, vitamins, fibre and essential fatty acids such as omega 3 and 6. Promotes energy, may boost the immune system and assists in weight loss.
Recipe: (1 smoothie)
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
frozen pineapple chunks
1 big scoop of coconut cream (thick part in a chilled can of full-fat coconut milk)
1 scoop hemp protein @unicornsuperfoods
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla plant milk
Method:
In a high-speed blender or food processor, add all ingredients. blend until smooth. use more liquid if needed. if you don’t like banana, add more blueberries!!
