1 1/4 cup nut milk (unsweetened vanilla)
3 Tablespoons Chia seeds
2 Tablespoons hulled Hemp Hearts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon butter
heat milk on medium-low, add seeds and stir occasionally until thickened. top however you’d like.
