Hello beautiful people! Welcome to smoothie Funday! Today I made a healthy and delicious smoothie for weight loss. This smoothie bowl is absolutely tasty and super easy to make. Smoothie bowls are a perfect breakfast recipe. You will be refreshed and delighted with all the health benefits you can have from it.
Green leafy vegetables like kale and spinach can help you achieve your healthy lifestyle goals. These vegetables are super low in calories and satisfy your hunger without adding extra calories. All these ingredients I have used in my recipe contain essential nutrients that can keep you healthy.
Kale is loaded with many nutrients and very low in calories that can help you with losing weight. Kale is also rich with antioxidants that offer you a lot of benefits. It is extremely high in vitamin C and vitamin K. Kale can help lower cholesterol and can reduce the risk of heart diseases.
Spinach is an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin K1, folic acid, iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. It is also rich with antioxidants. Spinach offers you with many health benefits. It can promote eye health, fight against cancer, prevent heart diseases, and decrease oxidative stress.
Matcha is rich with powerful antioxidants and has many health benefits. It can help you lose weight, promote heart health, protect the liver, prevent cancer, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and boosts brain functions.
Here’s my recipe for easy to make a healthy smoothie bowl.
Ingredients
• 1 cup of kale
• 1 cup of spinach
• ½ of avocado
• 1 banana
• 2 scoops of organic protein powder, optional
• 2 scoops of super collagen powder, optional
• 1 tbsp of organic matcha
• 2 tbsp of hemp hearts
• 1 cup of almond milk
Toppings
• Watermelon
• Grapes
• Banana
• Raspberries
• Kiwi
Add any more toppings you desire! But make sure they are healthy.
