Recipe 1:
-1C nut milk or water
-1 scoop of protein powder
-1T almond butter
-2 scoops of collagen
-1T chia seeds
-1T flax seeds
-1T hemp hearts
-1/2t of spirulina powder
– 1 handful of spinach
– ice
Blend and enjoy!!
Strawberry Shortcake smoothie:

-1-2 coconut cream
–1/4C frozen strawberries
-2 scoops of collagen
-1T chia seeds
