Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups long grain brown rice
1 1/2 cups shelled raw hemp seeds
1/2 cup hemp seed oil
1 egg
1/2 cup ketchup
1 red pepper chopped
1 white onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried basil
5 brown or white mushrooms cut up
1) Make rice and set aside
2) Preheat oven to 325F
3) Grease a 4-8″ loaf pan
4) In a blender, combine red pepper, egg, hemp oil, mushrooms, garlic and blend until smooth
5) in a bowl, combine hemp seeds, rice, pepper, basil & salt. Then add blender mixture and mix all ingredient good.
6) Put in loaf pan and cover with ketchup. Bake for 1 hour.
