Ingredients:
Step 1-
250g chicken thigh
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp chili pepper
S&P
Step 2-
1 egg white after spice
Step 3-
1/2 cup hemp seed
1/2 cup hemp flour
Bake at 220 C for 25mins
