I am bringing these cookies to my family’s Memorial Day reunion, and I am so happy that so many people will be included with these cookies. I also taught this recipe at our local How-To Festival and at LAND ( Louisville Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) Earlier this month. Everyone that has tried these cookies has loved them, and one person said they stated like their childhood!
