Chris Hemsworth has one of those physiques everyone wants, and yet you’re never going to get it, mostly because you’re not Chris Hemsworth. That doesn’t mean you can’t smash it in the gym and craft a fine body of your own, but what we tend to do as humans is hunt down the info for our inspiration and the copy that. DON’T DO IT!
I’ve had tried this multiple times in my younger years and it has never worked, mostly because everyone is different, right down to their genetics. Doesn’t mean you can’t take *something* away from it. Just don’t copy and paste.
