Where is my protein coming from?
Our body doesn’t need a whole lot of protein. Less is more. It is rather about quality not quantity. it’s what our body can absorb and utilize, not what we eat. Even if you do eat a truckload of protein, it won’t make it better for the body. The key is to get the good quality protein that our body can assimilate without too much effort.
That being said – go for plant sourced protein. Hemp is one of the best types of plant protein on the planet. Very easy for our body to absorb and use. It has all the good stuff in it – Omega 3 and 6 in perfect balance plus most of the amino acids we need.
